Flush cache button results in two 'object cache flushed" notifications

Clicking on the flush cache button results in two ‘object cache flushed’ notifications. Is this an issue with the plugin or could this be an installation issue on my part?
WordPress is running in a Ubuntu, Nginx, PHP-FPM, Opcache, Redis, and FastCGI environment.
