Video player hidden, but audio plays

Hi – i’ve been using Vixy for years and it just stopped working for some reason. I’m running WordPress 4.3.1 with Avada theme. The player can’t be seen, but I can hear the audio (using Firefox). Same thing happens on Safari. Here’s a link: https://www.appletongrouponline.com/profit-prophecy/
Any thoughts?
