Translate Share / Like buttons

Hi!, i really like your work with this plugin, i’m using it on a non-English site. Which i would like to customize for the buttons “Share”, “Visit us” and “Like” for each social media icon to Spanish.

I’ve done most of the translation on the Wodpress page for the plugin, but i think that what i’m looking to translate is very deep buried into the php/javascript code.

I’m more a translator that anything, so i would be really pleased to help to translate this specific area, could you give me a hint on were should i look?
