Number Field

Hello,
I’m moving from another famous contact form plugin to your, it seems to me to be great, with many features!I have a problem with the number field..
Since I can’t find it (does it exist?) I added a phone field trying to change the style, but it doesn’t work as I want..
In this example I would like a 5 numbers answer:
