Website white screened, renamed plugin folder, now can't access ftp

So my website white screened and I read everywhere that deactivating the plugins should fix this problem. Couldn’t access my dashboard either so I installed Filezilla and renamed my plugin folder and now I every time I try access my ftp thing on filezilla I get this message
“Error:Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:Could not connect to server”
Can’t access it through my host anymore either, it just times out.
Website and dashboard are still as white as ever.
