Top admin bar missing and thrive content builder not working

  • I added the thrive content builder plug-in and it wouldn’t work. Thrive tried to help, but it wouldn’t work. Thrive said my top admin bar is missing and getting some help from www.remarpro.com might fix the problem. Since adding the plug-in, when I create a new page, it gives a 404 error. Any help would be great as I’d like to be able to use the plug-in I purchased. I use genesis and AgentPress Pro theme. Thanks much

  • Try disabling your plugins one by one and see if the persist or not

    Actually, this has been tried. I now think that when I save a draft page, it doesn’t recognize it as a page. That may be why I am getting a 404 page. I think it may be linked to my permalinks or something.

    Changed your theme to default themes and then activated your theme ? If changing theme solves the issue then I guess you need to look into your permalinks
