Cannot remove my logo

I uploaded an image of my logo under the main settings tab and now I cannot delete it. It will only temporarily delete but keeps coming back!

I deleted it. I saved the changes. It shows it is gone.

Yet, when I view website, it is still there and then when I go back into settings, logo is still there. I’ve done this about 5x. Same result.
