when submitting events logo & a text area to put in fb, twitter, instagram

Hi – I am hoping someone can assist me – I do not know alot about coding, so this is beyond my scope of knowledge.

Is there a way to add the FB/Twitter/Instagram/Youtube et etc icons and have a text area where users submitting their events can put the url to their Fb et etc pages? – these would be on the submit event form and also in the admin area where i create events.

So that on the individual event page the icons show up and when clicked on it opens up that events fb et etc page in a new tab.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
