Instagram Gallery Pro — no longer working

We successfully had instagram gallery pro working on our site, however now it no longer shows the hashtag feed. We have deactivated and reactivated, as well as trashed the former page and created a new one — with no luck. We HAVE recently changed our instagram password, but I can’t see how that would be the root of the issue as we have also since generated access ID and codes. Any insights? Thank you!
