Padding and Margin

This plugin is very simple and does what it says on the tin.

A quick idea for improvement would be to allow standard css settings for padding and menu. i.e. instead of just one setting to allow for the 4 settings you can use in css. 0 10 5 10 = top, right, bottom, left.
