• I’ve been using PayPal express with your plugin for quite a while. From time to time there were some unsuccessful transactions (always error 10410), but not many of them.

Yesterday I started a new advertising campaign, which resulted is 1 successful transaction and 5 (!) transactions that resulted with 10410 error. I had to switch off the plugin altogether and fall back to standard Woocommerce Paypal implementation.

I can give details about the setup. Unfortunately, I had logging turned off.

Anyway, thanks for a great plugin. I see that you put a lot of time and effort into this.

    HI Michal,

We knew that was happening every once in awhile, so we did make a small adjustment there, but what should be happening is that it would return an error about the session being expired before it would ever send the request to PayPal. Very odd you would be getting this error back from PayPal at the pace you’re mentioning.

Are you running any sort of caching or CDN plugins in WordPress or on your server directly?

I am using a managed WP hosting at Siteground. I have noticed that they have SuperCacher and CloudFlare enabled by default. I switched off both of them and since then no more error messages.
However, now the page load time increased dramatically (about 2x) which is also bad for sales. Any idea to use PayPal and have some sort of caching enabled for a faster site? Maybe the default PP implementation in Woocommerce allows for this?

I’m not familiar with those services, but there should be a way to get them working nicely with WooCommerce. I wouldn’t be surprised if you could find some sort of a specific guide on how to get those playing nicely together. You may want to check with their support directly.
