Does "Divi Builder" allow comments on pages or not?

Yes. You have to open up the post first. Just click on the title, and it’ll bring the post up on its own page and you’ll be able to comment below.

I am not talking about Blog post pages, I am talking about normal web pages such as this one:

If I use the Divi builder on this page the comments box at the bottom of this page disappears, why?
