    First question: Sure, set “show entries in list to” everyone and enable view and edit functionality. All users that are Admins, editors or have the custom capability stickylist_edit_entries will be able to edit. Others can only view.

    Second question: Not out of the box. This has to do with the way Gravity Forms handles “admin only” fields. You might be able to work around that by not using “admin only” and hiding the field some other way, and then show the field of user is admin.
