twitter feed not working most of the time

Hi i am using the accessible twitter feed plugin but most of the time it isnt working and just displays M – about 12 hours ago.
Any idea what is going on? i am using it on this website.
https://news.dorsetforyou.com/it will sometimes show tweets but most of the tiem it wont. ??
