Table comes out properly on post but not on page- With same html code

  • Hello,
    I am using “great” theme by mythemeshop. Its a free theme.

    I am struggling with making table. I do not want to use plugin and i have written very basic html code.

    I have used the table html code in my “posts” as a trial and results are good.

    But when i use the same code in my “page” and on preview the page- tables are not coming out properly. It is showing at my sidebar overlapping with other widgets. I do not have anything on my page except the table.

    Have you tried the plugin TablePress? I’ve used it on different sites and have had no problems with it.

    Thanks for the reply

    I am not very inclined to use tablepress or any plugin. If in future or so, if i decide to remove the plugin, i will have to re-do my table. I was thinking to go with code as coding for table seems simple (I am very new to html-Css coding) and plugin i thought will not be required.
