    Sorry that you are facing such problem with the plugin.

    We tried adding the address on our side and that just worked fine on our side. Can you please provide your wp-admin login details emailing us at [email protected], we’ll try to debug the issue for you and fix the bug in coming release.

    Hi Jurski,

    Thanks for your response.
    We are currently working on the site on a local server that is not publicly accessible.
    It dawns on me that there may be an issue with our firewall blocking access to non-standard ports. Do you know if the system uses specific ports?
    I will get it migrated to a public dev server in case this is not the problem.

    Hi oliver,

    Thanks for your feedback, our system doesn’t use any specific ports. As you are trying to run the plugin on local server, this may be a internet connectivity issue.

    So running plugin on dev server should not show any geo-coding errors, please let us know if you face similar problem on dev server.
