Malformed Email Header

It appears that the email is generated with a blank TO field and all recipients are in the BCC field. Some email processors, including SendGrid, consider a blank TO field to be a malformed email and fail the processing. I have modified the code to hard code an email address of our webmaster in the TO field and this has resulted in a successful email using SendGrid. It would be very helpful to have a form field in the settings to specify the email address to be placed in the TO field instead of leaving it blank. The “Sent To” field in the settings dialog seems to be for this purpose but the value is not being passed to the TO field. Also, the “Sent To” field does not add that email address to the recipients list.
