Remove email link from blog post 'author' link

My site is as yet unpublished while I build it out, sorry. But, I’ve noticed that the blog post author link in each post is a hyperlink, and that hyperlink connects to the email address I use for wordpress. If you hover over the author name, it’ll show the email address used in the profile in the bottom left/loading section of the browser window.

Would like to know how to make it so the email address is in no way connected or show with the blog post.
