Anon booking – collected contact info not shown to admin

    I am have set up an event using anonymous booking.

    The booking form collects contact info.

    However, when the email goes out to admin – booking information that user entered is not displayed.

    Additionally, bookers see the following error message on the screen:

    Booking successful (you will receive a confirmation email once confirmed). However there were problems whilst sending confirmation emails to you and/or event contact person….

    We have used this plugin before and it has worked fine.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    did you already tried to change mail sending method under events > settings > emails > email settings just to narrow down mail server issue?

    Angelo,

    Thank you that worked. I had it set to php, and changed it to sendmail. That resolved the situation. Thank you for your help.
