Creating WordPress Review Website

I have been doing research from past 2 days but haven’t landed on a right resource for now.

I want to create a website in WordPress where user can register, upload their own product and let other users review it for them. Basic, right?

But unfortunately my brainstorming from last 2 days haven’t taken me anywhere.

Would highly appreciate if anyone can break it for me.
