    Also it never disappeared when I deleted it… But when I change any of the custom field data it updates those on the site but sticks with the old review that technically doesn’t exist anymore… Wow, this is so weird and frustrating..

    no help then I guess?? I’ll have to switch to another plugin I guess… Too bad I would have be interested in the upcoming premium version….

    @bobbybrown235 – We have day jobs, this is a free plugin, and this is a community forum. Have a little patience…and ask nicely.

    Also, the more information you provide, the easier it is to help you. Nobody replying? It’s hard when you don’t provide some relevant details, like the version of the plugin you are using, other plugins you have activated, theme you are using, how long it’s been installed vs. you just installed it, etc. Let’s start there, then we’ll see what we can do to help.

    Hey – Sorry that came off as rude. It was not intended to be. I never use these forums so didn’t know you needed all that information…

    Again I apologize.. I will try my best to provide the info need.

    1) I’m using version 3.0.1 (the newest version). I never seemed to have any problems before the update.

    2) I have 25 other plugins activated… Do you want the whole list?

    3) I’ve had the plugin installed for a over a year but I think the new update caused the issues…

    4) I am also using the WordPress version 4.3.1

    Thanks in advance for the help and again sorry that I came off as rude.. I can see how I definitely sounded rude, which was inappropriate (especially for a free plugin).

    Have you had any issue with missing reviews?

    First, disable all security and caching plugins, then test the steps above again.

    If that doesn’t work, your next troubleshooting step is to disable all plugins, including ours, then reactivate just the plugin and test the functionality again. Another step is to try switching themes, then try again. You are looking for conflicts with other plugins or possibly with your theme.

    If you still have the same issue, let me know.

    Thanks for taking the time to get back to me, it’s much apprecitated! I will try these suggestions and report back.

    One other thing – we just release a new version so try upgrading as well.
