Contact Form 7 send user post or page content

Hi,
This is my first post so please pardon me if there are any mistakes.
I have a question and am confused.
I have looked everywhere (I think) and am not getting any answers.
This is what I am trying to do:
1. Make a contact form with Name and email address and submit button
2. Add it to custom-post template.php
3. When the user is on a particular custom-post, and they want to send the information to Themselves, they fill in their name, email and click submit. Contact form 7 will send the custom-post content with some other data to the email address.

I have sorted 1 and 2 and am not able to get to number 3.

Is there a special mail tag for post content as we have for [_post_id], [_post_name] etc as mentioned here https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/?

I want user to get the post content in the email.

Any help will be much appreciated.
