Add To Cart Endless Spinner

    I’m at my wit’s end. After upgrading to latest cersion of Woocommerce, I have an issue with an endless spinner occurring when a customer clicks on ADD TO CART from a category listing.

    The item does go into the cart, but the spinner never goes away.

    I’ve run with no plugins, tried the twenty-fifteen theme, and reinstalled Woocommerce. Rebuilt permalinks. Tried it in IE and Chrome.

    Nothing has worked so far.

    Here are the details:

    Scroll below slider and find any item below image, click on ADD TO CART. Button greys out and spinner appears. Never goes away.

    Click on SHOPPING CART or CART and you’ll see that the item is in there.

    Reloading the page also clears the spinner.

    This would seem to be a theme issue to me. I know you mentioned you tried it. But can you please switch to Twenty Twelve theme and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and reply here and I can check it out?

    Thanks royho. Twenty Twelve active. All plugins except Woocommerce deactivated, problem persists. I’ve left the site in that condition for you to see. I’ll return it to the previous condition at 1:30pm CST.

    Ok can you please go to your permalinks settings and click on save twice and re-test?

    I’m guessing something’s corrupted in the WP database. I’m thinking it’s close to a complete recreation of the site to fix this. I just wish there were some logs or something that could show us any errors… I’m just not enough of a Woocommerce expert to know where to look.

    No plugins other than Woocommerce active.

    No responses here in a while, I’m guessing we’re running out of ideas, right?

    I can’t think of anything else. Without access to your site, it is hard to debug. So perhaps you want to rise a ticket with WooThemes support so someone can look into your site?

    Just a final note — Woocommerce was warning me that 40MB was not enough memory allocated and that turned out to be the issue. Upped it to 64MB in wp-config.php and everything is working now.

    Are you sure it is not because you re-created everything? I have only 40mb as well on my test site and it works fine.
