    When the bank gives you the test account credentials you perform the test cases and if everything is successful you then request live credentials.

    Hello, thanks for the great plugin!

    I have a question: how can i perform the test cases?

    I got the Merchant ID, Acquirer ID, Pos ID, User, Pass from the bank. I filled them in but then the bank told me that i am missing one test case: GENERAL ERROR.

    Any clue what should i do?

    Go to Test case 8 in the Redirection Manual
    create an order, pay with piraeus and in the redirect use the Card number and expiration date you see in the manual.
    Every month returns different outcome.

    Probably an error with your username, password, merchantid, posid or acquirerid.
    Check that you entered the credentials correctly

    i gave all credentials… option appears on the check out but when i select it and continue for payment i get a redirecting to paycenter message and it does never redirect me,

    no erros no nothing…

    double checked all passwords and ids they look fine

    i tried switching themes disabling javascripts etc nothing worked… any ideas?

    ok i activated soap… the order was created either way,

    so i activated soap and now i get this error

    Hi,

    if you read the Piraeus redirection manual you will see that the error is “Invalid IP address.”
    The IP you reported to Pireaus is not the same of your server, if you are on a shared hosting with dedicated ip, report your shared ip address.
    Also next time please create a new topic.
