subpages in header menu

  • Hey I have tried to ad subpages in my header menu and can’t get it to work.
    I have established parent child relationship on the individual sites and I have made subpages in the menu administrator.

    I have created a menu like following

    A
    B
    B.1
    B.2
    B.2.1
    B.2.2
    C
    D

    But can only get this to show in my header menu
    A
    B
    B.1
    B.2
    C
    D

    Any idea to what I can do to get the other subpages to show?
