    Dear Lawn,

The next update of the plugin will resolve the responsiveness issue. As for the padding option, you can use the Space Between Questions within Themes>Questions Tab. Thank you.

for the margins and padding features. there are areas for 4 numbers.
    in some 3 areas.
is it? left side, top, right side, and bottom?
I did not read anything about that aspect.

    Dear Lawn,

Please do not go to the files. Instead go to FAQ WD>Themes>Questions. Here you will see the option called “Space Between Questions” please increase it or decrease it to get your desired result. Thank you.

    FAQ WD>Themes>Questions
this above link only gets you Margin space between the questions.
There is only the one number to play with. Unlike some others.

I am asking about How can I get padding above the questions.

for the margins and padding features. there are areas for 4 numbers.
in some 3 areas for numbers.
do these numbers alter the left side, top, right side, and bottom?
    in that order?
There is no documentation showing these answers. Go play with the options and you will see what I am talking about.

    Dear Lawn,

In the case of this option, it will give margin above each question. If that’s a single number, in most of the cases it is the top, since in CSS it has top, bottom, left, right options if considering the consequence. Thank you.

so the numbers you are using are for:
since in CSS it has top, bottom, left, right options
Great, however I have tried different combinations for the top of the question and nothing is working, maybe something from your end.
Also could you put a small space between the number on the question and the actual question.
You are close to getting this plugin working OK.

We will include the number and question spacing in the user suggestion box and include it within one of our updates.

As for the Space Between Questions option, do you want to state that it doesn’t increase the space between the questions?

    1) There is currently no way to add padding spacing to the top of the question in order to center the question within the area it is in.

    2) When you use the numbers to input for the padding options are they:
top, bottom, left, right? if not what are they?

    Dear Lawn,

By default we do not have top padding for our plugin. We have only left padding. You can only have padding between the questions, but not above the first question.
