Listings Dont Show and Categories are Marked Out

    Hi, I had several categories and listings that all of a sudden went blank. I checked the Listings and the categories were marked out with a line as if they had been removed.

    So, I re-checked he categories for each listing but they are still no displaying and if I go directly to the permalink I get a 404.

    Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    Hi jtyson,

    Sorry that you ran into issues here!

    Sounds like your listings expired–when the category shows with a strikethrough, that means the listing is no longer active.

    Did you have a fee plan associated with that listing whose time period ended recently? Or a free listing that you had set to something like 365 days and it’s been more than a year since the listing was placed?

    That sounds like the cause here.
