paypal email merge codes not working

  • Hi,
    I am having a problem where people who pay for a membership are getting a default email message with merge codes working, and getting a paypal email message from S2 where the merge codes are not working.

    Is it normal to receive these 2 emails? Do you know why the merge codes are not working?
