Product titles sqashed in mobile view

Hi,

We have tried to replicate the issue on our staging server but unfortunately abandoned cart email and test email was looking fine in the mobile. Also, customer name appeared correct in the email.

I have tried all three short code related with name in the template “{{customer.firstname}}”, “{{customer.lastname}}”, and “{{customer.fullname}}”. You can check the screenshot of the same abandoned cart here: https://screencast.com/t/OW3FVCWvmgX

It is unlikely that customer name displayed on the desktop and it is not displayed in the mobile.

Can you please let me know in which mobile you have an issue? It would be great if you can share the screenshot of it.

I think i know what the problem is.. I viewed your screenshot and noticed you have very short product names. Mine are fairly long. I have an iPhone 6 Plus.

This is what mine looks like on the mobile. Product titles all squished up and missing the first name.

Can you please let me know how email template is not responsive in the Mobile device?
