what’s the From address you use?

Here’s your starting point : WordPress emails are sent but not received

the “From” address is: [your-name] <[your-email]>

The message via Contact Form is received by the address specified in the “TO” box, but not if I insert CC or BCC under Additional Headers

Your cc header is not the problem. It’s correct.

I think your problem is the From. Especially since you are a Gmail user. If the From address your visitor enters is also a Gmail address, and you don’t use the Gmail SMTP server, you will have delivery problems.

A proper SMTP plugin might fix your problem. Or you could start with changing your From header in CF7 to: [email protected] That might work too.
