Problem with e-mail in 'From'field

What exactly are you writing after “From:”?
Are you trying to do something like this: “From:[your-name] <[your-email]>”??

Yes, exactly that.

The problem is that now it looks like this and the form works:

From: [your-name] <wordpress@#####.nl>

And when I change it to this the form no longer works, I get an error after clicking ‘Send’:

From:[your-name] <[your-email]>

Try writing :

From:[your-name] [your-email]

Simply removing the <wordpress@####.nl> part also results in an error after clicking ‘send’.

Tried that, doesn’t work either unfortunately.
