Coupon information in order

For administrative purposes it’s important to know which coupons are used on orders. For this reason I have manually edited the outgoing emails so they include the coupon codes, but this really should be default (or selectable) behavior.
For each coupon used, the code, applicable product(s) and value (as per coupon setup) should be shown.
