Multi-instance: only works if not activated for the network

I’ve installed the plugin on a multi-instance and activated it for the whole network.

When I set the restriction access to any page of one of the instances, the page continues to be displayed.

I have then deactivated it from the whole network and validated in one of the instances. Works like a charm in that configuration ??

I imagine that there might be other plugins that only work when validated per instance.
