    Hi,
I dont understand but why is there no tutorial for “How to add a timeline on a page/post or anywhere else in a wordpress site.
All I could find was how to install and how to activate.
in the settings section also there is no explanation.
Could someone please point me in the right direction.
Or as I have already created an app using twitter app section, could someone please help in getting it working on IE. the feed appears great on firefox/chrome but nothing appears on IE.

    Thanks

A Twitter embedded timeline currently requires a widget identifier after configuring on Twitter.com.

Visit Twitter.com to configure a user, list, favorites, or search widget.
    https://twitter.com/settings/widgets

Copy-and-paste the generated HTML into a new text / HTML widget.

all the above are for the plugin. I have installed it and saved my twitter handle but now I dont know how to use it to display my feed on a wordpress page/post.. Shortcodes maybe???

My second question was – Or as I have already created an app using twitter app section, could someone please help in getting it working on IE. the feed appears great on firefox/chrome but nothing appears on IE.???

I have configured what you have referred to in your response and it works great. with embedded timeline but it doesnt display on IE. all the other browsers firefox/chrome it works perfectly, but not on IE. So if you have any clue how and why is that?

    Many Thanks

The Twitter plugin for WordPress does not currently include embedded timeline support. You may configure a widget ID and generate HTML at twitter.com/settings/widgets to be placed inside of a text / HTML WordPress widget.

If you have rendering issues the Twitter community forums are the best place to seek help. Twitter for Websites supports IE 9 and greater.
