Pagination issues – No Support.

I am running into an issue with the navigation/pagination. I have the pages working properly but the pagination will display as:

I have submitted tickets and no one is responding to them. I am using the Pro version (paid) but that doesn’t seem to help in getting support. Very disappointed right now.
