Follow my blog – Problems

People are having problems following my blog.
Once email is added this message appears

Success! An email was just sent to confirm your subscription. Please find the email now and click activate to start subscribing

However a confirmation email is not been sent, junk/spam folders checked but no emails. This has happened to 10+ people. Requested friends to unfollow then follow but they do not receive confirmation email. These friends are located in different countries.

I have searched the forums but cannot find advise on how to fix this problem I also have Jetpak all plugins updated.
