  • I have the same thing happening on my website: https://padrebeachrentals.com/vacation_rentals/padre-beach-view-225/

I have it set so that you only see the “Request Reservation Details” button if you are on mobile and it should open a modal / pop up with a contact form. But it’s not working.

Is there a new setting that controls how things appear on Mobile?

@sreekanth.cool – Sounds like your dealing with an issue with an extension? If so have you tried submitting a support ticket https://wppopupmaker.com/support.

@elizabeth Nafziger – Generally if its not working on mobile and is on desktop without the Advanced Targeting Conditions extension, it is related to mobile JS errors, often in the theme etc. I will see if I can find a way to debug it on your site.

@danieliser – Thank you for the reply. I haven’t took any extension actually. I just downloaded the plugin from www.remarpro.com and started using. Initially it was working fine on mobile as well. but from couple of days back I found out that “close-button” has been moved from bottom left to top right of the popup and from then on mobile popup is not shown up, except close button.

@danieliser – thanks for looking into it. Let me know if you find anything.

@sreekanth.cool – Try going to Popup Maker -> All Themes -> Edit any theme. Simply hit update without making changes.

The close position is set via CSS in the head, doing the above will reset your head CSS which is saved.
