UM Member, key help

I am running Ultimate Member for user front end. I need to add a key or a tag to a user, where they can access a certain page. Such as if user a signs up as role a, then they register for a role withing a role (ex. college student(user role) then which college(user key or tag for access to their college page)) then they can access that page of their college only, but not any other colleges page.

Whats the best solution for this?
