    Dear support,

I downloaded the Photo Gallery plugin (free version) to my wordpress account, which is also being used by a bunch of students for a university project. However, they (who all have the “editor” roles) cannot see the plugin when they log in. How can I change this?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Regards,

    Adriane

    Dear Adriane,

Please update the gallery version. With the latest versions we have support for the role changes within the Options menu. Thank you.

    Dear Support,

I updated to the new version (1.2.61). However, I still cannot find the option to change. Can you tell me where it is?

    Dear palka_a,

It is located within Photo Gallery>Options>Roles. Here you should choose the lowest user level that will get access to the Photo Gallery files. Thank you.

    Dear support,

There is no option for user roles in Gallery

Can you confirm that this option is in free version (1.2.65) ?

    thx
