Thumbnail For Large Images

    When I am uploading a very large image of 4 MB which is about 2000 X 4000 via the upload form of wordpress, it doesnt generate any thumbnail for it.

    I did what everyone says changing the wp_thumbnail_max_side_length and wp_thumbnail_creation_size_limit which is in wp-admin/includes/image.php, but still I dont get the thumbnail option even when reuploading the image. anyone knows what the problem is?

    I tried editing it as well.

    But nope, doesn’t affect WordPress for some apparent reason.
