Click save nothing happens

    I am using the latest version 4.3.1 and your latest version.
    when I press save nothing happens I don’t see the page refresh or a message telling me it saved but the slides are there and the slider will work when short code is added but if I change anything nothing happens

    when I click save a preview I get the pop up window but the window is full of errors saying:

    ERROR Slide ID: 186 – Insufficient memory (case 4) `/￡￡￡￡/$$$$$/public_html/￡￡￡￡￡￡￡￡￡￡.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/IMG_8291.jpg’ @ error/jpeg.c/JPEGErrorHandler/316

  • Hi there,

    Seeing ‘Insufficient memory’ might mean you need to increase the memory allocated, but exactly which threshold you need to increase I’m not sure.

    Are you able to contact your host as it will most likely be something they can increase for you?
