Pages and SubPages not Working on iPad

Good Evening,

Downloaded the dustland express theme. Very impressed and extremely easy to use. I am running into two small problems that i am hopeful you can assist with.

a. on the three slider pages i have created the tags or names of each are being displayed. Is there a way to disable this.

b. i am building a simple website, not a blog site and in doing so have used parent pages and child pages within. I can navigate from the menu displayed on my home page down through the various child pages on my lap top or home computer but when i try the same on my iPad as soon as i select one of the parent menus it automatically takes me to the parent page before i have an option of selecting one of the child pages. IS there a way that this can be resolved
