I know this is the free version of the plugin. I’ve researched this issue on the web and people have had the same issue. I have the right credentials. (user id – pwd act#, etc.

I’ve entered the correct dimensions, weights, even added a shipping class and still getting the wrong rates. We sell small items that weight roughly about a .1 oz.

The smallest weight UPS charges is 1 lb. So ten of these should show the price for one pound, but instead is showing as if they were 1 pound each, bringing up the price as if it was a 10lb item which is wrong. Has anyone found a fix for this? I’m not even sure if is an issue with the plugin as I am having the same issue with the Fedex plugin! Something has to be the culprit.

I’m really desperate to get this to work. Anyone can shed some light on this?

    Thanks for helping….

  • Hello Crampio, It is because each items in the cart are treated as separate package and so, shipping cost will be calculated for each items. This is a limitation of basic plugin.

I am having the same issue with the Basic version of your plugin. Are you saying the basic version is unable to calculate shipping for a single package order with multiple items? Are the only solutions to upgrade the plugin or use an alternate method/plugin?

    Hi stopstatic,

This basic version of this plugin is mainly for small shop owners, who usually have one item in the cart at a time.

Yes, you can have full features with packing system in our premium version.
