From what I can tell, that’s related to the API response from Etsy, and it’s not returning results we need.

Just to make sure, you’ve fetched the ID from the example url like so on your shop page, correct?

    <meta property="al:ios:url" content="etsy://shop/XXXXXXX?ref=applinks_ios" />

They don’t make it obvious but this number is actually not the correct one:

    <meta property="al:ios:app_store_id" content="XXXXXXXXX" />

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your response.

Double checked the settings and I’m pulling the correct value from etsy. I tried removing the params after the ? but this made no difference.

    Still getting the same response…

Could it be some settings related to the app in etsy?

I also got the invalid header message on first install and subsequent installs of the plugin.

What’s the URL to your store? I’m curious what’s coming through the API responses at the moment. I’ll utilize my own API key to check and see, so no need to worry about sharing that part at all.

Regarding the invalid header part, I’m still baffled at that issue because as far as I can tell, the WP plugin headers are just fine.

etsy://shop/10962008?ref=applinks_ios is what I’m using in the plugin – the ‘proper’ URL is https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/TigerPigCreations

Not quite sure why it’s saying that, because I did a direct request to the API and it did return a count value of 1. That said, I also refreshed the settings page before simply hitting save again, and I also ended up getting 34 products imported, that match the listings on your shop. Worth trying to take those steps and see if the count error is only a temporary thing for you.

Hmmm – so I’ve deleted and reinstalled the plugin, changed the values in the api and store id and now have left the fields blank and I get the same reponse every time.

Doesn’t seem to be a temporary thing.

Was a temporary thing – I put the whole URL in the store id field…duh!

Put just number in and now working like a charm.

    Thanks for your help.

Was it that way, with the whole url, the whole time? That’d explain some of the issues. ??

Regardless, glad to hear it’s working well for you now.

    Hello,

I am having this issue as well. However it seemed to have worked initially and pulled down two products. Now that we have added new stuff to etsy and tried it again, it is not working any further? We now get the no count parameter available message. The settings have remained the same!

    any assistance please?

Here is our development site for it
    https://4f0.393.myftpupload.com/

    the etsy store is
    https://www.etsy.com/shop/WhereTheGodsLive

I have the ID as 6340462

    Thank you!

carvingpixel, I won’t promise it will for sure fix the issue, but would you be willing to try out a more recent copy of the plugin that hasn’t been pushed up to www.remarpro.com here yet?

You can find it at https://github.com/coreymcollins/Etsy-Product-Importer-for-WordPress/archive/master.zip and it should prompt you to download a zip with the updates. Once acquired, just extract it and put it in your plugin folder like always.

Any solutions here? I am getting the same error.

I tried installing the newer version manually but received an invalid PHP error.

It all has to do with the API response, from what I recall.

What was the error you received so I can check on that part?

    Just an FYI, Michael:

Had all these same problems just now. Oddly, found that Etsy actually changed my API key a few minutes after I created the app. Entered the new API key, had to save the settings a few times, but then, like magic, my products were imported, though one of them came through as a draft, even though it is not.

Just providing information in case it helps you troubleshoot in future.

    I’m experiencing this same issue.

    etsy://shop/9048721?ref=applinks_ios

Tried the zip file you provided but the Products > Etsy Importer Settings.

It does save the values I enter. But upon selecting save it results in the error mentioned above.

And I don’t see an import option on the Settings page (or elsewhere that I can find).

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. I appreciate this free Plugin.
