strange database error, please help me

Hi, I am running wp2.3.1 on my site. Suddenly, this does not work:
But this still works.
https://jiphoto.jiruan.net/They are running in the same server. And I’ve checked the wp-conf.php, and there seems no damage on the user name and passwords.
