Single Price | Total Price

Hey there,

I am looking for a solution to realize that
Single Price | Total Price – Display
in the shopping cart for increasing numbers.

Cannot find a working environment. I found a link

but it couldnt be adapted for the Enfold theme somehow.

Any idea how I can fix that?
