Remove featured image from post

I was able to resolve it by adding the following in Appearance/Customizing/Layout Options;

.single .entry-thumbnail img {
display: none;
}

Now I am left with the “Featured” bar and some blank space above the post. It’s not drastic but I’d prefer removing that.

make it

.single .entry-thumbnail {
display: none;
}

I can’t seem to find where you put this. Can you please explain the location?

Go to: Appearance->Customize->Layout Options. At the bottom you’ll see a box called Additional style. Put the code in there and voila.

My layout option does not have a place to add code

maybe we should wait for the theme author to answer. There are certainly some subtleties I’m not aware of.

The solution above worked for me.

Is there a way to make the feature image smaller instead of getting rid of it completely?
