Submussion action doesnt work

Hi,
I installed wr contact form, made some forms but when tested I don’t get any submissions. I get no notifications in my email.
At submission this is opening:
…./edit.php?post_type=wr_cfsb_post_type
and the page is blank.

I need this to work because this is my income. I give courses and when people submit and I dont get any visibility of it, people leave and I get negative publications.

Well i will add that i have a different problem. The submissions appear in the backend! It’s just that no further actions are triggered.

Is the problem with the submission resolved yet? We used to be able to track our submissions but this feature has recently not been working and we get a blank page instead. Would you be able to solve this or we should use another plugin for creating our forms?

Hello laleh83,

I needed to understand ‘plugins’. Look at the plugin for, ‘settings’ . Here you need to check wich emailadress is saving the submissions. Do that in ‘jetpack’ also. Every plugin has a setting place and works separate from each other.
Hope you understand what I mean, I’m Dutch so my English may not be clear enough

I have experienced the same problem, without finding solution yet. The plugin used to work fine until 3rd of Dec.
Now the action screen stays blank and there’s no email been sent anymore without me changing anything (so I believe).
Email setting in plugin settings is correct.
Please help if you are able to…
