• When giving a domain up, does the new owner automatically have access to the blog at the domain address?
I am feeling like the person who bought my old domain has also hacked my wordpress account to edit my old blog. I can no longer gain access to my wordpress account (username and email no longer exist), and the new owner is using my old blog with my photographs.
The theme and title as well as some dates on the posts have been changed so I know that the blog is being edited.
I have the information about the owner of the domain.
How do I go about gaining control over my WordPress account again?

These are questions you need to fire at your hosting providers. If your hosting providers are WordPress.com then you’ll need to post on WordPress.com’s forums: https://en.forums.wordpress.com

Giving up your domain name does not automatically give up control of the website itself. If it is a self hosted website, generally there are files and databases that would need to be given to the new owner.

If you can’t gain access to the website itself, you may want to contact your hosting provider for assistance. If it is a self hosted site and you still have access to the hosting account itself, there are a number of ways to reset the login so you can gain access again.
