can't install/update plugins through WP anymore

    Hi, here is my problem,
    I can’t install new plugins, can’t update installed plugins through wordpress anymore, installing plugins was working fine 20 days ago, I mean, I haven’t logged in my WP account for 20 days, haven’t changed anything at all!
    The error I’m getting is,
    “Download failed. error:0D0C50A1:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_item_verify:unknown message digest algorithm”
    Can anyone help me? Thanks.
